Hi, I'm Idunn. I'm the creative behind Garden of Idunn.
A 30-something-year old from the oldest town in Norway.
I fell in love in the Netherlands, and I have now replaced my
ski's with an oma fiets that squeaks.
Iðunn, the norse goddess of youth and renewal,
was the guardian of apples that granted immortality.
One of my favorite words in norwegian is "forevige". Evig (ævinngr) means eternal - to make something last forever. That's what I do.
Folklore, etymology, nursery rhymes, letters, thoughts, drawings, photography, fairytales and superstition - storytelling is what puts another log of wood on the fire of memory.
I use my camera instead of apples to forevige the present.
Change is the only constant, right? So whether it's a portrait, your business story or an event... I'm capturing the authenticity of what it actually felt like to be there.
